Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singhal is a seasoned real estate professional and the Founder of Shree Kunj Bihariji Group, with over two decades of deep-rooted experience in the Indian real estate sector. Known for his sharp market understanding and long-term vision, he has played a pivotal role in shaping value-driven, high-performing real estate assets across multiple segments.

With a proven track record of executing high-value real estate transactions worth crores, Mr. Singhal brings unmatched expertise in land identification, acquisition strategy, and asset monetisation. He has successfully led the development of three major commercial complexes spanning a cumulative area of over 15,000 square metres, and has been the sole facilitator of a large-scale industrial park exceeding 1 lakh square metres demonstrating his capability to conceptualise, structure, and deliver complex, high-yield developments.

His professional experience spans commercial real estate, educational institutions, and industrial developments, reflecting a versatile and comprehensive understanding of project planning, execution, regulatory coordination, and stakeholder management. His strength lies not only in execution, but in his ability to anticipate market cycles, assess risk prudently, and create assets that sustain value over time.
